Church ContentFaithium allows churches and organizations to publish and manage content including sermons, announcements, events, groups, images, and other community information.Church administrators are responsible for the content they upload or publish through the application and for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and permissions to share such content, including photographs and other personal information relating to members or event participants.## 3. Prayer Requests and User-Generated ContentUsers may be able to submit prayer requests and other content through Faithium.Information submitted through these features may be accessible to authorized church administrators or moderators for the purpose of reviewing, moderating, or managing the content.Users should avoid submitting sensitive personal information unless it is necessary and they are comfortable sharing it with the relevant church or organization.## 4. Images and MediaFaithium may allow users or administrators to upload images associated with events, groups, sermons, profiles, or other church activities.Uploaded media may be stored using third-party cloud infrastructure.Users and administrators should only upload photographs or other media that they have permission to use and publish.## 5. Data Storage and Third-Party ServicesFaithium may use third-party technology providers and cloud services to provide features such as authentication, database storage, image storage, notifications, application infrastructure, and other functionality.These providers may process limited information on behalf of the application where necessary to provide their services.Where applicable, information may be stored on secure external servers rather than exclusively on the user's device.## 6. * To interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the service.
* To upload malicious software, viruses, scripts, or harmful code.

* To publish content that you do not have permission to use.

Churches and AdministratorsFaithium may be configured and managed by individual churches or organizations.Authorized administrators may be able to create, edit, publish, moderate, or remove church-related information including sermons, announcements, events, groups, prayer requests, images, and other content.Churches and administrators are responsible for ensuring that information they publish is lawful, accurate, and appropriately authorized.RedKoala Apps is not responsible for independently verifying every piece of content submitted by churches or their administrators.## 5. User-Generated ContentFaithium may allow users to submit content such as prayer requests, profile information, messages, images, or other information.You remain responsible for the content you submit.By submitting content to Faithium, you grant Faithium and the relevant church or organization the limited rights necessary to store, display, process, and transmit that content solely for the operation and provision of the service.You must not submit content that:* Is illegal or unlawful.
* Infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.
* Contains harassment, threats, hate, abuse, or harmful material.
* Contains malware or malicious code.
* Violates another person's privacy.
* Includes photographs or personal information that you do not have permission to share.
* Exploits or endangers minors.

Prayer RequestsFaithium may allow users to submit prayer requests.Prayer requests may be reviewed or moderated by authorized church administrators before or after publication.Users should carefully consider the information they include in prayer requests and should avoid publishing confidential or highly sensitive personal information about themselves or other people.Faithium is a community communication platform and does not guarantee that prayer requests will receive a response.## 7. Images, Photographs and MediaFaithium may allow users and administrators to upload photographs, event images, group images, sermon media, profile images, or other media.By uploading media, you confirm that you have the rights or necessary permission to upload and publish it.Churches and administrators are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent when publishing photographs or information relating to church members, event attendees, children, or other identifiable individuals.We may remove content where reasonably necessary because of legal, privacy, security, or policy concerns.## 8. Children and MinorsFaithium may contain information about church groups, activities, or events involving children or young people.Churches and organizations using Faithium are responsible for ensuring that any required parental or guardian permissions have been obtained before publishing identifiable information or photographs concerning minors.Users must not upload content that exploits, endangers, or unlawfully exposes personal information relating to minors.## 9. Content ModerationFaithium and authorized church administrators may review, moderate, restrict, or remove content where reasonably necessary.Content may be removed where it:* Violates these Terms.

* Infringes another person's rights.
* Creates privacy or security concerns.
* Contains harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or inappropriate material.
* Is unrelated to the intended purpose of the relevant church community.

Service AvailabilityWe aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee that Faithium will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, infrastructure problems, third-party service failures, or other circumstances.We may modify, improve, add, remove, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.## 14. UpdatesFaithium may receive updates to improve functionality, security, compatibility, or user experience.Certain updates may be necessary for continued use of the service.Features, interfaces, and functionality may change over time.## 15. Suspension and TerminationWe may suspend or terminate access to Faithium where reasonably necessary if a user:* Seriously or repeatedly violates these Terms.
* Uses the service unlawfully.
* Attempts to compromise the security of Faithium.
* Harasses or harms other users.
* Uploads prohibited or illegal content.
* Engages in fraudulent activity.
Church administrators may also restrict access to their church community in accordance with their own membership and moderation policies.Where required by applicable law, appropriate information regarding such decisions may be provided.## 16. DisclaimersFaithium is provided as a technology and community communication service.RedKoala Apps does not control or endorse every statement, sermon, prayer request, announcement, event, group, teaching, belief, or other piece of content published by churches, administrators, or users.Church content represents the relevant church, organization, administrator, author, or user responsible for publishing it.Faithium should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional legal, medical, psychological, financial, safeguarding, or emergency assistance.## 17. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RedKoala Apps will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or similar losses resulting from use of or inability to use Faithium.We are not responsible for losses resulting from content independently submitted by users, churches, administrators, or third-party services where responsibility legally rests with those parties.Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.## 18. Consumer RightsNothing in these Terms is intended to limit any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.If Faithium offers paid digital services or subscriptions, additional payment, cancellation, renewal, and refund conditions may apply and will be presented where appropriate.Any mandatory consumer rights applicable in your country remain unaffected.## 19. * The name of the church or organization you are connected to, if applicable.
* A clear statement that you would like your account and associated personal data to be deleted.
We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request in order to protect your account and personal information.## What Data May Be DeletedDepending on how you have used Faithium, the deletion request may include information such as:* Account information, including your name and email address.
* Profile information.
* App account preferences.
* Prayer requests submitted through your account.
* Images or other content uploaded directly by you.
* Other personal information associated with your Faithium account.
Where applicable, information stored in authentication systems, databases, and cloud storage may also be removed.## Church and Community ContentSome content may have been submitted to or managed by a church or organization using Faithium.Certain information may therefore also be controlled by the relevant church administrator.If content cannot be removed directly by RedKoala Apps because it is managed by the church or organization, we may direct your request to the appropriate administrator or provide instructions on how to contact them.## Information That May Be RetainedIn some circumstances, certain information may need to be retained after an account deletion request.This may include information that must be retained:* To comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
* To prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
* To resolve disputes.
* To establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
* Where retention is otherwise permitted or required by applicable law.
